BKB Retail is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee a high volume agri-warehouse in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for all tasks associated with control of stock, i.e. receiving, storage and movement of stock to prevent stock losses. He will oversee a team of labourers and ensure adherence to SHE standards at all times. The role will require an individual with excellent customer service and team management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to cope under pressure. The Store Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager, and be part of a tight-knit and hardworking team.

- Grade 12
- 5 years experience in stock control at a supervisory level
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Proven administrative skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Drivers license
- Accuracy with numbers, ability to submit reports and maintain records
- Ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Able to work well under pressure
