Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in operational leadership in high-growth technology companies
- At least 2 years of immersion in crypto/blockchain companies, which has resulted in fluent understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets
- Masters degree or comparable educational achievement
- A deep understanding of how to lead and continuously strengthen a retail-focused FinTech
- Operation, including Sales, Distribution, and Customer Service. Marketing leadership experience is a plus
- A proven track record of successfully overseeing the buildout and evolution of an institutional sales business across multiple countries and continents
- Expertise in guiding the internal administrative function of a multinational remote-operating tech company
- Demonstrated ability to structure and lead a multifunctional operations team that covers both retail and institutional business frontsin addition to the multinational administrative operational management
- Confident ability to guide and participate in leadership decisions at a senior executive/C-Suite level

- Act as the CEOs thought and execution partner for iteratively positioning company on the best strategic footing for all things operational, executional, and administrative
- Define and guide our retail operations strategy while keeping in mind consumer sentiment, our product offering and roadmap, and budgetary constraints. This includes guiding the companys Customer Service, Sales, and Partnerships teams, which operate in tandem across every market we are active in
- Structure, optimise, and evolve the companys institutional sales apparatus, which is a central driver in our ambitiously targeted revenue-generating efforts
- Serve as the leader and guide of our internal administrative work fronts, importantly including the clients People team, which is responsible for Human Resources and Recruiting and is the guardian of the culture and morale of the global company team
- Ensure the continuous improvement of operational and cross-functional processes across the company, as well as the proper tracking and synchronisation thereof
- Be the executive head the companys multifunctional operations organisation
- Participate in and hold accountable the companys Executive Committee, which is the companys most senior leadership team that makes all decisions financial, operational, technological, and otherwise.
