Requirements
- Matric Qualification
- Travel Diploma
- Minimum 5 years experience with at least 4 being in a senior role in a similar organisation
- Knowledge and work on the Amadeus GDS
- Fully conversant with the paperless procedure
- Advantageous for the role
- Ticketing course
- Super User course
- Customer service course
- SAM and AGM course
- Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
- Accurately complete all reissues and refunds.
- Complete Bulk and conferencing reservations and facilitate conferences were requested by Client.
- Ensure corporate fares are utilised.
- Limited QC rejections.
- Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations.
- Alignment to all policies/procedures found on Dashboard and a full understanding of the SOP manual.
- Fully conversant with preferred partners of the company and clients.
- Update all travellers profiles and assist junior staff.
- Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings and that no tickets are on the un-invoiced ticket list.
- All ECC charges invoiced out the following day and all vouchers correctly issued and mailed to the client and suppliers.
- Cost conscious for the company and the client.
- Understanding and adhering to the clients travel policies and procedures as well as Client retention.
- Ability to handle pressure and volume and adhere to client turnaround times.
- Building and maintain multi- level relationship within the company.
