Bokfontein, Brits: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ASSISTANT TO BOOKKEEPER
TEMPORARY POSITION WITH POSSIBILITY OF BECOMING PERMANENT
Minimum Requirements:
-NON EE Female aged approximately 24 - 28 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (Afrikaans and English must be your first and second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years office administration experience and orders, invoicing etc.
-Good typing skills, with good accuracy and speed
-Attention to detail
-Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), including Excel Formulas and spreadsheets
-Computer literate in QuickBooks highly advantageous
-Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
-Neat and readable handwriting
-Friendly, neat and well presented (casual working environment, not corporate office environment)
-Non smoker
-Residing in Brits, Hartbeespoortdam or Mooinooi area
-Must be able to start immediately
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duration: 1 to 3 months temporary position, with possibility of becoming permanent
Duties:
-All rounder (all office administration, assisting staff, making coffee etc.)
-General office administration (filing, faxing, e-mail etc.)
-Telephone attendances and client liaison
-Assistance to Bookkeeper (filing, orders, typing etc.)
-Diary management on MS Outlook
-Completion of forms
-Making coffee regularly for guests and staff
-Greeting clients
Salary: R 6 500.00 - R 8 000.00 gross maximum (depending on relevant experience)
