This role suit a candidate with at least 2-3 years’ experience in an Exports/Imports bonds warehouse position. Candidate should know customs requirements, documentation and ensuring compliance regulations are met. Well spoken individual with experience in a similar role and customs experience.
Key duties includes:
- Export documentation duties
- Ensuring custom compliance
- Liaise with customs and clients re request
- Customs and excise filing
- SAD500 entries
- Verify cargo
- Controlling of bond store
- Handling bonded cargo
- Investigate discrepancies
- Ensuring audits gets done regularly.
