Your role
- Reviewing, processing and payment of employee expenses, advances and travel claims.
- Completion and submission of monthly VAT returns.
- Handling SARS VAT audits.
- Processing of accruals and period allocations for monthly reporting
- General ledger reconciliation of specific balance sheet accounts, including salary accounts. Analyse
- reconciling items and provide clearing transactions.
- Handling of external audit queries
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Experience with VAT submissions.
- 5 to 10 years experience in similar position.
- VAT regulations, specifically relating to export sales.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Suitable diploma / degree in finance or accounting
