Join a professional team in this small business, as they are looking for a candidate with around five years of bookkeeping and data capturing experience on PASTEL. It is essential that you are able to handle reconciliations with a high level of accuracy relating to large volume retail accounts, and that your EXCEL skills are at advanced level. The position is within a well-structured and well-run company, providing various products to the large retail chain stores. You will also handle queries, correspondence, banking and administrative support.
Ideally you will have sound English communication skills and good computer ability on MS Word, and Outlook as well. If possible, you will have own transport and live within easy range of Claremont/Newlands area.
This variety driven position calls for a person who has strong attention to detail, an ability to handle pressure at times, while working as part of this team.
