Bookkeeper To Balance Sheet And Office Support As Follows
- General office admin and office support in this logistics and transport business
- Data capturing purchases
- Reconciling General Ledger accounts monthly
- Downloading CSV bank statements
- Prepare monthly VAT return
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Assisting with invoicing (foreign and local)
- Assist with sourcing of Capital equipment quotes when and when required
- Filing
- Costing
- Accounting qualification (partial or complete)
- Someone with an excellent can do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Someone who is helpful and would be a great support to the small team - who is able to get involved at all levels
- Someone happy to work in a small team in a home based office
- Knowledge of Xero Accounting System (a benefit)
- Hands-on Book-keeping experience (with recons)
- Accuracy
- Never assuming but making sure (attention to detail)
- Prioritising work load
- Being enthusiastic to learn
- Honest - happy to ask when needs clarity on something
- Being a team player
- Learning/Speaking Portuguese (not essential)
- Valid driving license
- Available to travel over border particularly to Mozambique (initially but not essential)
