Bookkeeper/Buyer is required in Atlantic Seaboard.
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have experience in buying as well as general accounting practices
- Grade 12 with 2 years related experience
- Degree or diploma in accounting / bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Buying / dealings with international suppliers
- English & Afrikaans fluency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Job responsibilities:
- General accounting / bookkeeping functions up to trial balance, or management accounts
- Preparing pricing for approval, ordering and confirming shipping arrangements for all imports and exports
- Monitoring and controlling of stock levels which would include but not limited to ordering and forecasting
- Creating of orders on system, and invoicing
- Allocating Rand costing for foreign purchases of products
- Creating new stock codes on system
- Creating purchase order of stocks on system
