Looking for a bookkeeper that will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Financial Manager in relation to the accountancy function, financial control and reconciliations for the business.
Job requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Certificate or Diploma in bookkeeping
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in
- Proficient skills in Microsoft applications, Word and Excel
- Debtors Management
- Creditors Management
Job responsibilities:
- Fixed asset administration
- Stock Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly Intercompany invoicing
- Manage Petty Cash
- Assist with the arrangement of flight bookings where required
- Weekly and monthly reporting
