To perform administrative duties required for the effective management of business projects in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).
Administration
Perform office administration.
Monitor stock levels and purchase stationary and /or sundry for the office.
Financial Administration
Administer and monitor financial processes.
Work with petty cash and invoices.
Preparation of supplier recons and loading of payments on banking system.
Preparation of balance sheet recons and bank reconciliations.
Management of accounts receivable.
Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and participate in financial period closing activities (incl. posting journals).
Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills. Own and live up to the company values.
Manage Foreign Exchange Contracts and forex movements.
Adhere to all South African Revenue Services (SARS) requirements and deadlines.
Customer Service
Respond to request, queries and complaints as and when required. Escalate to relevant personnel when unresolved.
Coordination & Reporting
Assist management with ad-hoc reporting
Completion of weekly and month end reporting
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to all stakeholders.
Review and reporting of stock movement and reports.
Documentation
Controlling all business documentation and drive all stakeholders.
Compliance
Overseeing the full document compliance and submissions as per business requirements.
Qualification
Matric
Financial / Office Administration Qualification
2 - 3 years experience
Functional / Technical Competencies
Knowledge of standard Financial and Office Administration practices and procedures
Export documentation compliance, knowledge is beneficial
