Job requirements:
- Min 3 - 5 years working experience as bookkeeper
- Full function debtors
- Full function creditors
- Credit control
- Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors
- Cashbook posting and reconciliations
- Petty cash management and reconciliation
- Bankng
- Stock control recons
- Payroll of wages and salaries
- SARS submissions (UIF, PAYE, SDL)
- Annual Budgets
- Monthly management accounts
- Bookkeeping till Trail Balance essential
- income statements
- Balance Sheet recons
- General Ledger Recons
- Sales Journals
- Debt collections
- Knowledge of Pastel Accounting / Accpacc / VIP Payrol and SAGE payroll
- Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets - Intermediate level .
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Numerical skills
- Detailed orientated and accuracy essential
