Boutique Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall performance of the boutique shops, including sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
  • Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
  • Create visually appealing displays and maintain the overall presentation of the boutique
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote special events and promotions
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for the boutique team
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
