Duties And Responsibilities
- Efficiently execute all operational administration in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain patient and financial records with highest level of confidentiality
- Liaise with all relevant departments, branches, staff, patients, doctors and medical aids
- Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and human resources, to ensure efficient branch operations
- Controlling of debtors/creditors
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying and collating on request from the line manager
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve administrative processes
