Branch administrator needed

We are looking for an branch administrator to run our Johannesburg branch.

Job responsibilities:

  • You will be required to organise the office.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Order stationery.
  • Shop for office supplies.
  • Run personal errands for the director from time to time.
  • When you aren't assisting the management team you will be required to introduce our company to prospective clients and set up appointments for the sales staff.

Job requirements:

  • Applicant must have their own reliable vehicle.
  • Similar work experience.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications.
