Branch administrator is needed in Nelspruit- Riverside.

Job requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 1 – 2 years admin experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Pastel a distinct advantage

Job responsibilities:

  • Customer relations
  • Handle daily queries and complaints
  • Planning installations
  • Process sales orders
  • Invoicing
  • Allocating debtor accounts
  • Installers recon updates
  • Service calls
  • Petty cash handling
  • Process stock received and facilitate dispatch
