- Responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are assigned and carried out effectively and efficiently according to set standards (informed by the Regional Managers implementation plan), including:
- Coordinating and ensuring efficient operational functioning of the branch,
- Maintaining client service excellence and coordinating marketing and sales initiatives.
- Acting as team leader, coach and first point of reference in terms of any operational and/or personnel issues.
Minimum:
- 1 year experience as a supervisory/ team leader in the retail/customer service environment
- 2-3 Years proven experience in a supervisory / team leader role
- Experience of building and maintaining key relationships at a management level
- Experience as a manager in the retail/customer service environment
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Higher Certificate in Banking or Retail
Minimum
Knowledge and understanding of:
- Internal business processes and procedures
- Organisational Policies, including (but not limited to) the Credit Policy
- Leadership and people development principles
- Business performance drivers at this level
- Retail/consumer service environment
- Business Processes (Marketing/ Financial Management/ Human Resource Management)
- Analytical Skills
- Communications Skills
- Decision making skills
- Leadership Skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank's internal electronic banking system
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required as an inherent operational requirement of the job
