Job Purpose
- Oversee Debtors/Creditors, Health and Safety, Rentals, Stores, HR, and payroll.
- Train staff, develop financial forecasts, and drive revenue growth.
- Sales & Branch Targets: Set daily targets, enhance brand, resolve customer issues, manage budgets, and organize events.
- Managing: Supervise staff, allocate funds, ensure innovation, and direct operations.
- Operations: Update prices, manage stock, oversee sales, and conduct meetings.
- HR: Recruit, train, ensure compliance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Finance: Audit margins, manage budgets, and liaise with debtors.
- Logistics: Ensure vehicle inspections, maintain standards, and perform additional tasks.
- Management expertise, sales acumen, strong leadership, HR skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and a positive attitude, willing to work long hours.
- Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous
- Experience: Minimum 8-10years experience in similar role
