- Responsibility and accountability of all aspects of the store
- Key operational performance assessment
- General adminisration
- Manager shrinkage and control stock takes
- POS process management
- HR/IR Management
- Process improvement
- Operational planning
- Knowledge of spare parts
- Knowledge of workshops and procedures
- Operations policy and procedures
- Ensure that sales and all expenses are in line with budget
- Ensure that stock indicators are in line with company benchmarks
- Store profit
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Relevant degree / diploma (advantageous)
- At least 5 years' experience in the Agricultural sector in a Mechanisation Management Role
- Above average knowledge of management principles
- Planning, leadership and organizing skills
- Interpersonal and organizing skills
- Assertive and analytical thinker
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a pressurized environment
- High attention to detail
