Job description (role responsibilities and key activities):
- customer service
- costing of rental agreements
- despatching and collection of vehicles
- general branch administration
- monitoring of the fleet daily-vmr
- Month end reports
- cost control
- management of branch as per the sop’s in the procedure manual
Qualifications:-
- Matric
- Certificate in Transport Management / Business Management an advantage
Experience:-
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Transport Management or Rental.
- Sales Experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on MS Office.
- Able to meet administrative demands and deadlines.
- NBCRFI/UNIONS and Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
