This role will work with various closely related concrete variables, requiring an understanding of the theory or practices underpinning inter-related functional processes.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all internal and external events are efficiently and successfully planned, coordinated and executed on. The role will be responsible to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the requirements of farious company events.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Events Planning and Coordination
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to fully understand event requirements
- Successfully plan, coordinate and run all internal and external events in a timely and cost efficient manner
- Negotiate and reach favourable agreements with subcontractors around venue booking, catering, design and printing of promotional materials, etc
- Ensure events are planned and carried out in line with the Beverage Company Brand guidelines, policies and procedures
- Ensure Adherence to all applicable Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Standards
- Actively participate in operational planning and reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices, processes and tools
- Adhere to operational and financial frameworks of practices, processes, standards and controls
- Control cost and take the necessary action to mitigate any financial risks or non-compliance
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 (Essential)
- Upto 4 years experience (Operational Execution)
- MS Excel; MS Word; SAP; E Mail; MS PowerPoint
- Drivers Licence code 8/10
