Duties and responsibilities
- Compile brand manual, reinforce the brand and perform brand audits across all properties.
- Ensuring communication to the staff on brand direction, equity guidelines, and marketing guidelines of the
brand for all properties.
- The setting of logically derived marketing objectives incorporating brand growth
- Formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy within the parameters of the policy set by the
principals to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives
- The initiation and co-ordination of promotions and marketing activities in accordance with brand equity
- Coordination and Implementation of brand launch
- Provide regular reporting, brand updates and overviews to the Marketing Manager
- Implement brand plans in relation to the marketing and promotions calendar
- Implement and manage the media plans, ensuring that expenditure and brand objectives are delivered on
- Seek new opportunities to deliver against the brand plan
- Manage individual hotel media campaigns across the group
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and knowledge
- Good organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy is required
- Ability to work under pressure, use initiative and take ownership of tasks
- High Level of computer literacy, especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Must be able to travel local
- Own transport essential
Qualification/s
- Minimum Matric/Grade 12
- Min 3 years Branding experience is essential
