In this role you will manage projects of innovations & campaigns, stakeholder management to ensure on time in full delivery of all initiatives. You will lead the processes of all Category consumer innovation & use market insights for commercial action.
You will closely collaborate with commercial teams, local creative & media agencies to execute local campaigns holistically across all consumer touch points. You will also cross functionally collaborate with extended teams for bringing all innovations from idea to execution in market.
Essential Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/IMM Diploma
- Post-graduate degree beneficial
- 2-3 years continuous job experience as Marketing Assist/Junior Brand Manager, preferably in FMCG
- Exposure to and understanding of P&L and ROI is critical.
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships, and of delivering business results.
