Core Responsibilities
- Visit 8 outlets per day- 4 of which are trainings with staff
- Meet training requirement of 20 trainings per week
- Train bartenders, waiters and Managers/operators
- Maintain visibility
- Reporting (Staff trained in outlets, Capturing calls made and training done each day, Visibility share in outlet)
- Stock check in outlets(expiry dates and stock levels)
- Feedback on issues in outlets
- Assist with orders where needed
- Ad-hoc promos
- ROS report
- Training tracker
- Visibility check
- Advocacy check-Waiters, bartenders and Management
- Equipment check
- Grade 12
- A Sales, marketing, hospitality management or Food and Beverage (F&B) management related diploma would be an essential
- Knowledge of the Liquor/wine Trade is essential
- Drivers license
- 2-3 years on consumption sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG liquor environment
