Brooklyn, Pretoria: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Duration: 3 MONTHS TEMPORARY POSITION
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must
-Matric / Grade 12
-Good administrative skills and experience required
-Experience in legal sector preferred (preferably bonds, conveyancing or deceased estates)
-Good typing skills with attention to detail very important
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Own reliable transport (no hassles to work)
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, CV must indicate full employment record and employment dates, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 08h00am – 16h30pm
Duties:
-Capturing, renaming, saving and sending out monthly statements and premium renewals.
-Typing of bonds/Assisting the admin team
-General Administration (data capturing, typing etc.)
-Handle high volumes of debtor queries and administration.
Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 7 000.00 gross
