BUILDING SUPERVISORS REQUIRED
We require the services of a seasoned building supervisors to oversee safety, building maintenance, repair and upgrades, and comply with environmental, safety and health procedures relating to facility operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with Buildings & Grounds Maintenance that affect normal building operation
- Provides managing agents with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns so the managing agent may inform occupants
- Oversees building security, including security gates (complex entrance & pedestrian gates)
- Requests special janitorial services if required (blocked drains, water backflow)
- Coordinates and facility related activities and projects
- Assessing building condition, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to agent
- Maintains properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs within their abilities ; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators; reporting of violators to managing agent so occupants may be formally notified of penalties and possible cancelation of leases.
