Job vacancy for a business administrator in Cape Town, Rondebosch.

Job requirements:

  • 5-10 years working experience post degree/ diploma, within an administrative position, ideally in an HR environment with some degree of financial exposure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with specific emphasis on Excel (Graphs, Macros)
  • Licence and reliable car is beneficial
  • Legal Citizenship and no criminal record
  • The applicant is to be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to be discrete whilst exuding integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Be solution orientated with an affinity for detail and accuracy.
  • Have strong written and verbal communications skills and possess strong leadership abilities and project management skills.
  • A dynamic, sociable, reliable, and hard-working individual with a sense of humour and solid work ethic.

Job responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the project workflow, using Depulse software;
  • Continual development and implementations of the company’s Marketing and Social Media strategies;
  • Compiling, completing, and meeting all HR administrative requirements and deadlines (Incl. EE and Skills Development Reporting),
  • Generating Monthly Project Dashboards;
  • Invoicing and statements
  • Admin support to the CEO
  • General Business Admin i.e. Insurance, Suppliers etc
