- Intermediate Excel skills
- Administration Diploma or equivalent is advantages
- 1 year experience completing administrative functions
Job responsibilities:
- Managing meeting room requests
- Generate loan reports
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Maintain asset register
- Attend monthly conference calls
- General administration: filing, printing, scanning and laminating
- Generate invoices
- Order stationery
- Stock take
- Roster maintenance
- Take minutes in meetings
- Collect and distribute courier packages
