Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Business Administrator to join the team; responsible for managing business administration within the business and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization and its departments
Qualifications & Experience
- Mature person with at least 10 years or more experience in Business Administrator / Management who is proactive in managing the different aspects of the Company Department (A Z)
- The ideal candidate must have done the actual work for a Private Company
- Highly experienced in organising and overseeing departments/divisions
- Highly experienced working with company administration internal and external operations
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Qualification in Projects advantage
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Highly proficient in compiling and delivering presentations not negotiable
- Highly proficient in English (business level) read, write and speak
- Significant years in Business Administrator Background
- Available immediately
- This role reports directly to the Group CEO and thus plays a highly active role in running the business
- Working with senior management to make operational improvements which will assist to drive growth and increase revenue
- Liaise and consult with staff, clients, suppliers etc
- Planning, leading and overseeing work completed by staff, departments and divisions.
- Handling day-to-day operations and challenges and resolve issues that arise in the workplace.
- Assist the HOD in various business issues but not limited to e.g. research, trademarks, licenses, MOUs, trading documents etc.
- Follow up on tasks given and provide continuous feedback and report promptly via various communication channels
- Project- administration and management (A Z)
- Identifying and implementing best practices which drive growth and cut costs in order to increase business revenue
- Must be able to take the lead and coordinate and consolidate information and meetings with various company- and departmental heads, future partners/stakeholders and Senior Management
- Applicant must be presentable, well groomed, neat in appearance with excellent manners and corporate etiquette
- Deadline driven and be able to manage the workflow without supervision
- Be energetic, confident and open minded to make decisions
- Pro active, deadline driven, ability to think out of the box, able to identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail, multi task, manage stress and workload and a positive demeanour
- Excellent communicator
