In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements for new and existing lending products. You will develop workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Document detailed functional specifications for developers.
- Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Financial services industry exposure
- Background in lending products
- BA certification
- Proficient in requirement gathering techniques and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
