Role Purpose
The Business Analyst role is based within the Commercial Business unit.
To enhance the customer experience by analyzing root causes of customer problems and designing optimal solutions including process optimization and suggested system and people changes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Understand the desired Customer Experience Journey outcomes.
Understand the link between Customer Experience Journeys and Operational Processes.
Understand the Customer Experience KPIs and what influences KPI outcomes.
Review and understand top customer-impacting issues.
Do root cause analysis on top customer-impacting issues.
Analyze process gaps in desired Customer Journey Outcomes.
Design solutions to bridge process gaps and address root causes for customer-impacting issues.
Define impacted KPIs and provide a baseline measure to ensure improvements are measured.
Analyze process gaps in desired Customer Journey Outcomes.
Design solutions to bridge process gaps and address root causes for customer-impacting issues.
Define processes to harvest future capabilities.
Drive system requirements to attain future requirements.
Define impacted KPIs and provide a baseline measure to ensure improvements are measured.
Support process design for projects.
Ensure KPIs are linked to processes to measure performance.
Ensure processes are mapped in ARIS according to the quality standards set by the Vodafone group.
Drive solution implementation to close Customer Experience gaps and solve top customer-impacting issues.
Ideally You Should Possess The Following
Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
B.Degree Essential, B.Com / B.Eng is essential.
2-5 year experience in Business Analysis.
Business analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Process mapping.
