Job Description
This role determines and documents business requirements for the Digital and Data and Compliance features.
Key Result Areas:
- Review of Digital processes
- Review of Digital estate
- Establishing and building SOP
- Review of Compliance impacts on current and new processes
- Work with PMO to ensure requirements are well set out and clear
- Assisting in vetting new acquisitions
- Business Segment Reviews CRU CAS RBC etc
- Support Group with reviews and information gathering.
- Support Compliance and Governance as required
- Bachelors Degree required
- Employee Benefits Knowledge is preferred but not required
- Very strong analytical & logical reasoning skills.
- Experience in tracking relevant KPIs
- Problem solving and Analysis oriented
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Planning and Organizational skills
