To assist the Risk Technology team and the broader MMH Group in the analysis of business processes, the collection and documentation of requirements, and participation in the creation of solutions to address business requirements.
This internship is a 10-month contract that offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in business analysis and data analysis, while contributing to operational excellence, business performance, and service excellence.
Requirements
- A relevant BCom or BSc degree, or diploma.
- Enthusiasm for business analysis and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
- Exposure to data analysis tools or languages (e.g., SQL) is beneficial.
- Eagerness to embrace a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Business Analysis
- Work closely with senior business analysts to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of process models and documentation.
- Learn to evaluate potential solutions to address business needs.
- Collaborate with the team to collect and analyze data to extract meaningful insights.
- Contribute to the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Assist in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Engage in continuous learning to develop analytical and business analysis skills.
- Learn to use data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL) for data manipulation.
