Job Title: Business Analyst (SaaS/Business Consulting)
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Cape Town Preferred
Job Type: Full Time | Hybrid
Salary: R20 000 - R35 000 CTC per month
Requirements
- BSc or BEng degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Computer Science)
- Highly digitally literate with ability to work effectively on a variety of appropriate media and software programmes
- Team Player: Assist and contribute to all aspects of the company as required
Responsibilities
- Receive and execute on client briefs with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
- Establishing effective coordination, communication and good rapport with all stakeholders: Customers, Partners, Suppliers and Team members
- Solution Building: become an expert in Smartsheet and ClicData as well as other platforms as needed.
- Build robust workflow solutions and visual appealing business intelligence which aim to both exceed client expectations and ensure best possible user experience
- Branding, Marketing & Sales: assist with website and social media updates and participate in marketing presentations as required.
- Operations: building out and refining solutions to optimise internal workflows
- Demonstrated experience in building workflow solutions and / or business intelligence (Power BI or equivalent software)
