Major Responsibilities
- Participants in supply chain execution business process discussion with customers.
- Facilitates workshops and leads design sessions through structured formatted methods
- Assists solution architect to refine and define business requirements.
- Clearly understand customers business requirement and clarify any misunderstanding between different business users.
- Escalates issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact
- Estimates specifications accurately
- Works with project team to understand and help to provide detail functional requirements from functional specifications.
- Works with the customer team in the design, development, testing and implementation phases of the project
- Provide detail product modeling specification to technical team.
- Provide all kinds of test cases and test scenarios for functional requirements verification.
- Lead user acceptance testing to make sure the whole system will be delivered to customer successfully.
- Assists with training customers on BLUEYONDER applications.
- Configures BLUEYONDER application to customer requirements.
- Assists with creating additional user reports required by customer.
- 1+ years business functional consulting experience. Supply Chain execution experience is preferred.
- Understand supply chain execution basic concept and usual business issues.
- Project implementation experiences on BLUEYONDER Supply Chain Execution products are preferred.
- Familiar with SQL: stored procedures, performance tuning.
- Ability to manage customer expectations in regard to functional issues.
- Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics exp preferred or logistics
- Extensive travel required (approximately 80%)

- User & System support: - The ability to assist users as and when needed to resolve any hindrance that prevents them from successfully completing the task given by carrying out the subsequent system alteration/transaction
- People development and training: - ability to train users to effectively carry out the tasks required and in doing so increase their overall capability in order for them to progress upward through the organization
- Judgement: - the ability to asses a situation and interact/react in a manner that does not have a detrimental effect on system or people
- Interpersonal: - the ability to interact successfully with people on all levels of the organization
- Communication: - the ability to successfully communicate with people on all levels of the organization
- Reporting: - the ability to turn data into information in format that is easily understandable
- Conflict Handling: - the ability to successfully facilitate disagreements between people to provide an amicable solution
