Job responsibilities:
- Identify and source new leads and new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets and grow broker business.
- Analyse and understand the client's business needs and recommend value-add solutions.
- Build relationships through constantly communicating with and educating clients on the benefits of the preferred service provider.
- Consistently deliver according to value-add proposition agreed upon with client.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and upskill clients on new and relevant information.
Job requirements:
- Matric.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the insurance and marketing environment.
- Excellent English as well as proficiency.
- Industry related NQF 5 - 120 credits.
- RE- Regulatory Examination.
- Business Presentation skills course preferable.
- Tertiary Qualification (BA, BComm, or BSc).
- 1 year proven sales track record as a Business Consultant.
- Pension and provident fund experience.
- Corporate sales experience ito Group Risk and Group Health.
