Your Matric, at least 3 years of administrative experience within the Medical Healthcare Environment, a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Digital platforms for medical schemes, a minimum of 3 years of engagement with social media, including content posting and monitoring, proficiency of a minimum of 3 years in advanced Excel, encompassing combined reporting content, as well as PowerPoint skills, advanced experience in Administrative, Operational, and Customer Services and the following Language Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication in English, at all levels;
- Having a grasp of Afrikaans would be advantageous;
will enable you to:
- On-boarding and settlement of new employees:
- Obtaining all relevant personal information to effectively execute the following:
- Introduction of employees;
- Linking on all internal platforms;
- Requesting various internal and external licensing;
- Complaints Management:
- Identify the source of complaint delegate to ensure resolution, assess, and present resolution to General Manager;
- Book transfers:
- Accurately keeping a record of requested book transfers;
- Prepare an internal action plan with deadlines on book transfers;
- Follow up on the execution of the transfer;
- Prepare and draft referral agreements for General Manager:
- Ensure that documented process is kept up to date;
- Update the central register as and when to ensure that all relevant information is kept up to date and that a bird's-eye-view can be requested at any time;
- Product Providers interaction:
- Assist with commission queries and follow-ups at product providers;
- Arrange quarterly training schedules in coordination with team leaders;
- Arrange quarterly high-level meetings for General Manager /Healthcare Advisors with identified stakeholders;
- Reporting:
- Prepare monthly integrated reports on referral advisors;
- Schedule quarterly production meetings with Business Development;
- Update and manage asset register - quarterly;
- Prepare Bi-weekly reports on book transfers as and when a transfer is in progress;
- Prepare Monthly reports on training provided for sales and administrative staff;
- Prepare bi-weekly reports on social media exposure and engagement;
- General administrative tasks:
- Support to General Manager and diary management;
- Collate and coordinate project information by combining information into Excel spreadsheets and writing reports;
- Assist with team coordination to ensure that deadline dates are met and reported on;
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements;
- Technology:
- Actively identify and report internal issues on internal systems
- Identify, interrogate, and decide on appropriate action to follow where necessary and through the correct channels of support;
- Social Media posts and monitoring (for example Facebook, Instagram, and Linked)
- Assist with the live posting of social media (approved) posts for engagement;
- Ensure that deadlines for content are reached and reported on.
