Job description

Motify is a people driven Autotech business transforming service delivery in the automotive sector in South Africa, and other markets. It is a professional services business delivering knowledge and products to its customers whilst also reselling the Pinewood DMS. As a Business Development Analyst, you will deliver a success driven results focused Motify Business Development Analyst role fully satisfying its key stakeholders including customers, shareholders, directors, and employees.

Responsibilities:The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

1. Gathering, preparing, reviewing and analysing business and industry data, to deliver optimal overall shared results.
2. Develop business cases for customers.
3. Quoting on customer requirements.
4. Identify opportunities to ensure informed decisions can be made based on data that is both comprehensive and accurate.
5. Ensure that the business optimises its processes to allow both the Business Development Manager as well as the Regional Managers to achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from the products / services provided.
6. Utilising business analysis capabilities within the core of the company to develop new initiatives and streamline processes.
7. Understanding the need of the respective regional teams, customers, National Sales Companies as well as Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
8. You will be responsible for all business development administrative duties which will assist the Business Development Manager and the respective Regional Managers to meet and exceed annually agreed customer satisfaction and profitable sales targets to their respective group of accounts.
9. Manage and maintain changing requirements utilising modern innovations along the way.
10. Using effective and efficient data analytics to prepare reports to assist in improving inefficiencies.
11. Research to find technological advancements to modernise and streamline processes and assist in compiling research papers.
12. Creating professional presentations to showcase your findings and leading meetings with the respective stakeholders to convey results.
13. Collaborating with the Projects Team in your planning processes to support effective scoping and resource planning.
14. Working with multiple stakeholders to develop technical based solutions.
15. When necessary, you will work with the Product Development Team when taking a new product to market.
16. Utilising Autotask to manage and communicate your daily work.
