Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base through prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working with our team to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the African market
Prospect, qualify and close new sales opportunities
Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients
Collaborate with the Sales Hub for Africa team to develop customized sales solutions for clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, and client needs
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:

Proven track record of success in business development, sales or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
Own laptop and reliable internet connection
Must be a resident of any African country
Passion for sales, training, and consulting
Experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus
Willingness to work on a commission-only basis
