Requirements
- Develop and proactively seek out New Business Opportunities
- Put together professional presentations to market the business
- Attend client meetings
- Understanding of product offerings and/or service and ability to effectively sell to clients
- Develop strategy for new business and developing marketing plan
- Generate leads and Cold Calling prospective clients
- Foster and develop relationships with client Key Accounts
- Knowledge of corporate clients network in CT (i.e. Retail industry)
- Target driven
- Proven sales track record
- Able to display a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Own transportations and willing to travel
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant HR qualification and/or exposure to HR services and Training
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Minimum 5 years in New Business experience in a corporate/mid-market environment
- Proven Technical understanding of HR Outsourcing environment
- Able to work independently
- Able to meet deadlines
- Passionate about sales
