We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Business Development Executive - Johannesburg to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:
  • Contact new Affiliates of the Company to introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate.
  • Achieve all business development targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Business Development.
  • Conduct an induction to new Affiliates regarding their affiliate panel and how to utilize the systems available to them.
  • Inform Affiliates of the commission structure they will receive and if applicable negotiate for a different commission structure.
  • Communicate to Affiliates the various products and marketing campaigns currently active.
  • Validate Affiliate accounts after the Prospective Affiliate has undergone through the affiliate Acceptance Procedure and the Affiliate Due Diligence and verification of identity procedures which the Company has in place.
  • Use of online software applications in order to have a personal conversation with an Affiliate who might be facing problems while using the website and/or might request further clarifications.
  • Arrange meetings, either face to face or remotely, with new and existing Affiliates to drive business development.
  • Check the Companys reporting system daily for his/her progress.
  • Travel to various locations and attend seminars and educational meetings.
Requirements

What You Bring:
  • University/College Degree or Professional/Industry qualification in related field.
  • 2 years experience in sales or similar role.
  • Fluency in English; Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and target orientated individual.
