Business Development Executive (Consumer Sales)

Our Sales team work with our UK customers who are members of the public looking for a range of
removal services. This can be anything from a full house move with packing included, to moving large individual items like a sofa or bedroom furniture to more delicate specialist moves like Pianos....and a whole host of other things in between.

Theyre top closers who can build rapport and trust with our customers super quickly to identify their needs. Then share and demonstrate the value of our appropriate products and services to meet them.
Not only are their communication and active listening skills second to none, their resilience and motivation to succeed is their super power that drives their success.

They can multi-task and are highly organised and efficient, keeping on top of and following up on leads and using our CRM system effectively to hit daily activity targets to drive monthly success!

What you'll be doing:
  • Work on Inbound sales calls
  • Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement
Skills and Experience youll need
  • Must have 12months-3 years sales experience in a high call volume environment selling to international (ideally UK) customers
  • Proven track record of success consistently meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly efficient and organised with the ability to break down your monthly targets in to daily objectives
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working Schedule:
  • UK operating hours are 9.00am to 9.00pm (Start times may vary, dependent on seasons and peak times for AnyVan)
  • Two Weekend days per month and two weekdays off per month (5 day working week)
  • You must be able to commute to our offices (The Towers, Central Business District) on a regular basis
