Role Specific Accountabilities:
- Develop solid, lasting and trusting relationships between clients and with the ability to deal at all levels within an enterprise with strong emphasis at Business Executive level
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are gathered adequately and to ensure the requirements reflect and fully support all components requested.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal and product teams to meet the requests of the clients.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams/ procurement/ business
- Addressing, tracking, awareness and presenting of all client queries and expectations.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Strategic planning together with the BDM to improve client results.
- Knowledgeable about industry products at a high level provided to the specific client - advantageous
- Developing a thorough understanding of clients needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders etc.
- Contribute to Go Live planning through managing communication to the client and giving feedback
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities to up-selling or cross-selling
- Expanding and deepening relationships throughout the organogram

Relevant degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
Experience in managing multiple client accounts.
