Requirements
  • Car Rental Industry in a Sales/KAM/BDM role essential.
  • Matric qualification
  • Valid, non-expired drivers license
  • Clear criminal record
  • Experience in New Business Development and External Sales
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties
  • Achieve sales targets (monitor daily / weekly and monthly)
  • Proposals, presentations and SLAs
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Regular client communication
  • Negotiating pricing
  • Training sessions with clients where required
  • Identify new business opportunities across all channels (direct approach, websites, referrals, leads, networking)
  • Focus on client retention and monitor lost business
  • Adherence to SLA and industry compliance standards
  • Manage/update Sales Systems effectively
  • Submit client onboarding to accounts and client database timeously
  • Ongoing competitor analysis
  • Sales activity reports
  • Assist finance with collecting overdue accounts
  • Able to travel locally / regionally when required
