Minimum Requirements

- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with head of marketing to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract doctors and medical institutions.
- Identify new market trends and customer needs to tailor products or services accordingly.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, vendors, or other business partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and events related to healthcare and recruitment.
- Keep abreast on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in doctor recruitment and business development.
- Leverage professional networks to enhance recruitment efforts and expand the organization's presence.
