We are looking for a candidate who is well versed in digital marketing, with excellent consultative sales skills. We are looking for a self-starter with a demonstrated track record of leadership success, reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals, and problem-solving with limited oversight.
The position is based in Cape Town, South Africa. Specific responsibilities include:
- Achieve quarterly targets for net revenue growth and product adoption.
- Ensure Humanz is listed and invited to key RFPs and pitch opportunities.
- Identify and connect with key decision makers and opinion leaders within your specific territory.
- Map out market opportunity, size, customer and competitor activity within your specific territory.
- Develop strong C-level relationships, and use market insight to inform full-funnel marketing strategies to support continued advertiser success.
- Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert.
- 5+ years of client, agency, consultancy, VC or media sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Skilled communicator with experience presenting business and marketing opportunities to brands written and verbal.
- Ability to operate with high energy effectively and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
- Achievement of quarterly net revenue targets for your specific territory.
