We are seeking two exceptional individuals to join our Enterprise Business Unit as Business Development Managers for Advanced Technologies.
The ideal candidates must have a strong ability to acquire new partners and end-customers in conjunction with the partner channel. A key aspect of this role is the ability to cold call and sell innovative enterprise solutions, fostering educated and informed discussions with clients.

Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Relevant vendor certifications related to the IT industry.
- 4+ years of experience product / account management.
- Good track record in achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
- Good understanding of the ICT industry and the ability to keep up with technology and industry developments
- Brand specific knowledge of product and processes
- Product knowledge
- Distributor / partner understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to think creatively and propose out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to handle rejection and setbacks with a positive attitude, and persistently pursue new business opportunities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and demands.
Achieve Sales Targets
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee and manage the client journey, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Play an active role in shaping and implementing the marketing approach for the Advanced Technologies business.
- Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and internal standards.
- Manage daily operational tasks efficiently to support business goals.
- Adhere to and fulfil vendor and brand-specific requirements.
- Actively engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
- Own reliable transport.
- This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch.
