General Overview
  • Identify and create new opportunities, with the objective of growing the Agricultural Market
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Developing the relationship with those partners, thus driving revenue.
Duties And Responsibilities

Market Research:
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs identifying potential growth opportunities
Relationship Development
  • Build strong relationships with all potential customers and Dealers.
Dealer Development
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enable growth.
Negotiation
  • Negotiate deals and agreements with mutual benefit tpartner and Manitou.
Sales Support
  • Provide information, resources, and recommendations tall sales organizations.
Market Growth
  • Explore new applications and solutions within the Agricultural market.
Strategic Planning
  • Identify market trends and propose actions talign with those trends or create new ones.
  • Identify potential opportunities, proposing actions ttake advantage of those opportunities.
Metrics And Reporting

Track Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as and not limited to
  • Revenue growth
  • Partnership success
  • Market penetration.
Education
  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12 (3 year tertiary education valuable)
Experience
  • 5 Years+ experience in Capital Equipment industry in the Agricultural market
  • Demonstrates a high level of understanding of agricultural environment and requirements.
  • Proven Track record in Sales Management
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders and Client relationship management
  • High competence in computer literacy and data analysis.
  • Adept at learning methods, process and strategies related tAgriculture
  • Cultural awareness
