The Role:
We are on the lookout for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with significant experience and a keen focus on Sales ERP solutions. This role is tailored for a professional who excels in generating advanced sales strategies and developing business opportunities, primarily for UK clients with an annual turnover of approximately 10 million. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing substantial deals averaging 5, 000 and adept at high-level negotiations and communications with top-tier directors and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise and execute sophisticated sales strategies to surpass sales targets.
Discover and nurture new business prospects with companies boasting a 10 million turnover.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to the final deal closure.
Establish and sustain robust relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Provide customized solutions based on the specific requirements and expectations of clients.
Negotiate contracts and arrangements to optimize profit margins.
Compile and present detailed reports on sales achievements and projections.
Stay informed about market developments and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a Business Development or similar role, specifically in sales, with a proven record of managing and expanding a significant client portfolio.
Mandatory expertise in selling ERP solutions.
Proficient in engaging with high turnover companies and elite clientele.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth business insight and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
Capable of autonomous work as well as collaborative team efforts.
High level of professional integrity and ethical standards.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
