Duties & Responsibilities
- Potential client and competitor research (networking, electronic, press ).
- Source new interviews with prospective clients at executive level in writing, telephonically or
- Database generation and Development of Value Proposition, Proposals and Tender
- Liaison with Operations, Human Resources and
- Executives to develop proposed solutions to client
- Closing and converting potential opportunities to Project
- Manage Client relationships
- Ensure Contract Client Retention by managing all key deliverables with utmost urgency
- Presentation of new products and services and enhance existing
- Work with technical staff and other internal stakeholders and colleagues to meet customer requirements
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client engagements

- Adhere to the TFSs Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systems Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position. Skills and Competencies
- Exceptional knowledge of Prevailing Design Principles
- Experience with engaging with the Private Sector at Senior and or C-suite level
- Above average written and spoken English and general communication
- 5 years work related experience in the built environment/ workspace design at management level
- Experience in a business development deliverables
- Good knowledge of the as built environment, marketing principals, prospecting, approaching and
- Experience in completing a tender and or RFPs within agreed deadlines
- Computer Literate in MS Office (MS Word, Power point, MS Excel & MS Outlook, MS Projects).
- Drivers license and own
- Self-starter with high work ethic and passion who needs little supervision
- Computer proficient, Microsoft Office, Salesforce
- Building submission process knowledge
- SACAP registration ( very beneficial)
- SANS 10400 and 10400 XA working
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification (min NQF 6) Architecture or Interior Design Focus Preferable
- Proven track record of target achievement
- Strong understanding of as-built environment, the Sales cycle in terms of marketing principles, prospecting, approaching and closing.
